Can I give Baby Journal to a mum or a dad?

Yes, of course.

You can give a Baby Journal gift card, which lets the parents enjoy a year of Baby Journal at a preferential rate.

The gift card is valid for life and can be activated whenever they choose, at whatever moment feels right to them.

Up to what age can I use Baby Journal?

Baby Journal has no age limit. It’s generally used from birth up to age 6, but you can absolutely carry on beyond that to keep and pass on even more precious memories.

Can I change the delivery address for my journal?

Yes, of course. When you’re asked for the delivery address, simply enter the new address straight from the mobile or web app.

Can I send a copy of the journal to the grandparents?

Yes. In the app, tap “send a new copy”, enter the grandparents’ address, and the journal will automatically be printed and sent there.

I have several children — can I add them to the same account?

Yes.
You can add several children to one single account and manage their journals separately, quite simply.

I’ve lost a journal from a previous month, can I reprint it?

Yes. All your journals stay available in your account. You can request a reprint of a month you’ve already completed at any time.

I signed up recently, can I print months from before I joined?

Yes. You can go all the way back to the month your child was born and create the journals for earlier months, even after signing up.

I’ve changed phone, will I lose my photos and journals?

No. All your photos, videos and journals are safely backed up to your account. Just log back in and everything is there.
